This Return Policy applies to our indoor plant care services offered in the United States and any related payments or cancellations. We provide indoor plant care and maintenance to clients in the US from our location at 231 Mott St, New York, NY 10012, United States. This policy covers residential and commercial plant care plans and related services in the United States.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your indoor plant care plan by giving us notice as set out in your service agreement. Cancellation may be subject to the terms agreed at the time of sign-up for services in the US.
Refunds
If you have prepaid for indoor plant care services that have not yet been provided, we will refund the unused portion in accordance with your agreement. Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after we confirm the cancellation.
No Returns on Services Rendered
Fees for indoor plant care visits already completed are non-refundable. We do not accept returns of services that have been fully performed.
